My dog only wants chicken and rice. How to get her to eat kibble?

I have been feeding my dog boiled chicken and rice because she has had diarreaha. we are slowly adding back in her kibble but she will not eat it only the chicken and rice. If we only feed her this, will she get the nutrients she needs or how can we get her to eat her food. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | spayed | 7 months and 8 days old | 8 lbs

Chicken and rice isn't a balanced diet for Dahlia, and you can't have her on it long term. Keep adding more dog food back in, and as the amount of chicken and rice decreases, she will get hungry enough to eat her dog food again. Best of luck.
