Painless nipple discharge in unspayed female dog: What's the cause?

My Pomeranian Indian mix dog who is 3+yrs old..I saw 3 days before pus coming out from 2 of her nipples above n below n it's painless to her..there is no lumps too...she is healthy...23lbs...her cycle was 3 months ago...we never matted her with any dog...n she hasn't spyed too...what's the reason of this?n what will I do now. Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Female | 3 years and 6 months old | 23 lbs

Hello. Roxy may be going through a false pregnancy, but without a hands on exam, I cannot tell you the exact nature of the discharge.
