Help! My parakeet has a broken beak from other birds. What's next?

So I have three parakeets. The blue ones are both younger. I got a female for my blue male and then needed to upgrade to a bigger cage for them so I found someone who was selling a big cage wth a parakeet that came with the cage. He is green and is prob about 4 or 5 years old. When we got him he had a busted out beak. Where his left nose hole should be it was all crushed in. I think the younger ones pecked out his broken nose now don't no what to do. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | unneutered | 5 years old

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. I recommend separating the injured bird from the other two immediately. Keep in a safe cage in a warm draft free area. Provide food and water and minimize stress and handling once separated. I would recommend taking him to an avian veterinarian to assess the severity of the injury and determine what treatment may be needed.
