Does this look like an old tyme English bulldog to you? It’s a lot of money and I wanna know before I buy the breeder said she’s registered Nebbr New England bully breed registere is that even a real registere she said the dog comes with nebbr paperwork if all is in order then I’ll buy the dog but I don’t wanna get scammed

The hard thing about a breed like this is that it’s still relatively new and you can see a lot of variation within the breed. I recommend to do a lot of homework about this breeder as well as the breed. Also look into the breed registry. Some are more reputable than others. Don’t rush into anything, there will be other litters. Most of the time you can find a breed club webpage. I recommend to reach out to the breed club and find breeders that they recommend.
