Hi, i need to know my Jack Russel optimal breedin time, i took her to a shop today 4 a blood test and was told tommorrow but her vulva doesnt look swelled enough? Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Female | unspayed

The best bet would be to continue serum progesterone testing with your veterinarian. When the values peak (around 4-5 ng/ml) is usually the best time to breed/schedule AI with your veterinarian. If the values are still rising, your vet can let you know when best to bring her in. Vulva swelling isn't always coinciding with ovulation time.
