My unspayed dog has a soft, painless stomach lump. Is it an emergency?

Is the swelling on my dog's lower stomach an emergency? It's medium soft and does not cause her any pain when it's touched. She has not been spayed and is near her time to come into heat. Pet's info: Dog | Morkie | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 4 months old | 4.75 lbs

She may have developed a mammary mass. This is more common in dogs that have not been spayed.
