My dog is restless, pacing, tail tucked. Should I be worried?

It’s aboiut 8pm my dog was happily laying on the bed normal, about 30 min later she acting very restless, cant find a position to layin, going from room to room, ha tail between her legs, when I sit on the floor to talk to her she licks me and stays for a minute and walks away,I’m very concerned, I’ve never seen this before. Pet's info: Dog | Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 4 years and 7 months old | 85 lbs
