My dog's paw is swollen and painful. What Gabapentin dose can I give?

Pet's info: Dog | Bullmastiff | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 5 months old

Yesterday my dog hurt her hind left paw somehow she favors it and it's somewhat swollen she doesn't limp but you can tell it's hurting her no cuts of anything that is noticeable seems to be on the paw pad and under her toe can I give her gabapentin and if so how much

Gabapentin is used frequently and safely in dogs. Please see the following article for dosing information (scroll down a little). https://www.petcoach.co/pet-medication/gabapentin/ If she isn't improving significantly in the next 2-3 days, please take her to your vet to have it evaluated. Additionally, if she starts to seem worse, or develops any other symptoms, take her in to your vet sooner.
