Puppy fell off couch, hit head. What are signs of internal injury?

My puppy fell off the couch onto her head about an hour and a half ago she has played since then and does not act like she’s in pain now but she did scream when she fell and acted like it hurt one side of her head should I be worried about internal damage or no ? What should I do I’m so worried. Pet's info: Dog | Australian Shepherd - miniature | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 30 days old | 3 lbs

If Conley seems alert, responsive and non-painful at this point after the incident I doubt there is potential for head trauma. Signs of head trauma or internal injury would include lethargy, disorientation, different sized pupils or labored/irregular breathing. You also may want to make sure she is eating and drinking normally with no pain to make sure she didn't injure her mouth or a tooth during the fall. Puppies are pretty resilient and I would bet there are no lasting injuries.
