My dog has a fluid-filled skin lump that's draining. What to do?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 9 years and 11 months old | 35 lbs

What can I do for a clear draining vesicle. It has just starting to coming to a head on the side of it. The hair is missing and it has been draining clear liquid when I press on the vesicle.

I would not keep pressing on it, as you can accidentally introduce infection into the area. Have Tootsie seen by a vet. They can drain it sterilely, and discuss with you removing the sac so that it doesn't fill back up. Best of luck.
