Hello, thank you for your question about Juno. Based on the photo that you've provided these look like benign cysts or blocked salivary ducts. If Juno is still eating well and otherwise acting normally I would not be overly concerned. I would recommend continuing to monitor these for any further swelling or discomfort. Hope this helps!
