My turtle has puffed eyes, soft shell, isn't eating. Is it serious?

My turtle is suffering from puffed eyes and hasn't eaten anything from a long time and also he is less active in water as he keeps floating on top but on land he is active but his shell has become very very soft what to do is it serious. Pet's info: Reptile | Turtle

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It is not possible to know what is exactly going on without a proper evaluation though it does sound like Cutty is quite sick. I would highly recommend that you have Cutty evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. They could check on what may be going on which could be a gastrointestinal condition so that it can be treated accordingly. Best of luck!
