Is Brit Care Missy cat food good for my sterilized cat's diet?

Hello! I'm feeding my cat Brit Care Missy for Sterilized cats, but I was wondering about Your opinion on quality of this food: Composition: chicken dehydrated (20%), rice, chicken deboned (14%), turkey dehydrated (14%), chicken fat (preserved with tocopherols), rice bran, dried apples, brewer´s yeast, chicken liver (2%), salmon oil, mannan-oligosaccharides (155 mg/kg), fructooligosaccharides (125 mg/kg), yucca schidigera extract (85 mg/kg), sea buckthorn (50 mg/kg).

Those ingredients look just fine as long as Missy is happy and isn't allergic to any ingredient- Your best bet is to look at the nutrient label as a whole, rather than just ingredients, and see if it is good for your cat's life stage. If she is grown and spayed, then a regular adult maintenance diet (which is what this looks like it is) should be just fine. If you feel she is losing weight or gaining too much, talking with your vet in person can also help you determine if you need to increase or decrease the amount fed.
