My older cat's eye changed color and is red. Is she going blind now?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | spayed | 8 years and 4 months old

Hello, my cat is about 8-9 years old. We l’ve never noticed that eyes are different colors so I guessed it changed just now. Also, few days ago I noticed that one eye(which changed color) has became little red and not so bright. Should we start worrying? Or is it norma for older siamese cats? Is she starting to get blind?

Color changes in the eye can be something benign like iris freckles but it can also indicate a cancer called an iris melanoma. I recommend to get Prada into the veterinarian right away for an exam. If you catch things early, you have a much better prognosis. Other issues, if its not the iris, could be conceal edema, or glaucoma. Both require treatment. Cats don't generally go blind like dogs can. I hope this is helpful. Please feel free to post any additional questions.

No, this does not appear to be blood. It looks like iris melanosis which is a benign condition however, it could also be melanoma (cancer). I suggest you have your vet exam her to be on the safe side.
