Why is my kitten twitching and drooling after eye surgery and meds?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 18 days old | 1lb

my kitten born Dec 3 has had an eye injury recently and her eye popped out. it was put back in and sewn shut. medication in the eye and an oral have been in use since that time. today the kitty was twitching strangely and drooling from her mouth. Can you help answer why this might be happening. she ate really good an hour ago

If she didn't like the oral medicine, it could have caused her to drool heavily and twitch her head some, but of course without seeing her myself, it is difficult to say for sure. Since she is currently being treated for her eye, I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at her to see if there is any concern and if there is anything they can do for her.
