My dog has pancreatitis and is vomiting. Should I see a vet?

Hi there I have a 16 month female miniature pinscher not speyed at the moment She’s being treated for pancreatitis as she has suffered bouts of painful tummy (praying position ) bloody stools but this hasn’t happened since starting predislone steroid But she is having bouts of sickness , stools are small and very hard , has been vomiting up her food since yesterday 3pm isn’t keeping anything down and has went quiet Could you give me some advice thanks. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 7 months old | 6 lbs

If Pixi is being treated for pancreatitis, this vomiting could still be related to it. Pancreatitis makes a dog very sick. I think she needs to see a vet immediately, as she sounds very sick. Please take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
