Why is my stray cat lifting its paw, has mange, and skin issues?

Hi..Lately I have noticed this unusual thing with this stray cat..whenever it sits,it lifts one of its front paws(right) and stays in the position but walks effortlessly...if u can please enlighten me on this..I have seen the same symptoms with other stray cats ( sadly all of them died).Also this cat has mange as with the case with the previous ones, which m trying to cure at home..it has hard dry skin on its head,felt when touched and its eyes are semi closed..other than this it eats well..ty. Hello. This kitty is definitely experiencing some discomfort in the paw. It does look a little swollen to me. It may be related to the overall skin condition this cat has which looks like mange, or there could have been a previous injury leaving the cat with some soreness in the paw. If the mange is in the paw, then this would cause the problem. If you can have this cat examined, a proper diagnosis can be made & the right treatment started.
