My dog sounds congested and is coughing rather consistently. He is not lethargic nor has a depressed appetite. Is this most likely kennel cough? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 32 lbs

It could be kennel cough, or it could be a mild respiratory infection. Without seeing Gunner in person, I can't say for certain. Take him into the vet in the morning to get checked out. Best of luck.
