Neighborhood cat not eating for 3 days, only drinking. What to do?

There is a cat in my neighborhood he doesn't live in my house but is always near it. And only eats the food i give him. For the past three days he is not eating anything but is only drinking water and milk. What should i do? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | 3 years and 5 months old

Not eating is quite serious for a cat, and when they don't eat going on 72 hours, they will develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment, so that has to be avoided. I would take Simba into a vet immediately to get checked out. Best of luck.
