My dog's back legs splay and he struggles to walk; his eyes look blue.

Pet's info: Dog | English Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 6 days old | 60 lbs

I just took Bubba in and his back legs are like facing kind of outward and he struggles to walk. Also when you look into his eyes it looks like he has a like blue layer i. His eyeballs whats wrong with Bubba?

Hello. Bubba needs to see a veterinarian very quickly incase you are describing a corneal ulcer. He may also need to be x-rayed to see why he is having so much trouble walking. He is still young enough that early intervention can hopefully be done to help restore strength to his hind legs. I hope you can have him seen soon.
