Is my dog pregnant or is her big belly a sign of something else?

My dogs belly is getting bigger and she is not as active as she was. I tried to feel for movement in her belly but I honestly cant tell if it's her or a puppy. I looked at her nipples and they are small I actually had a hard time finding them under her hair. Could she be pregnant or is it something else? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 8 months and 19 days old | 20 lbs

If Goldie was around an intact male when she was in heat, then yes she could be pregnant. It could also be she is suffering from a false pregnancy, which is when a dog shows the signs of being pregnant without being pregnant. I'd have her checked out by a vet this week to determine if she is pregnant or not. Best of luck.
