Puppy fell, hit head, now throwing up, won't eat. Is it serious?

Our 9 week miniature schnauzer was trying to jump up on our couch and flipped back and landed on the side of her head. She has whimpered, and then she threw up after drinking water. We do not have a vet on call especially our local vet. No seizures and no signs of vertigo. She won’t eat now and is laying down. We have concern because she hit our hardwood floor. Any advice, would be so appreciated, thank you. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 26 days old | 3 lbs

I'm concerned at her age and small size, Lola could have head trauma from hitting her head. The vomiting and lethargy are quite concerning signs. Find your nearest local ER vet or call around vet clinics in your area to see if there is a vet on call to have her seen now. Best of luck.
