Is pillow stuffing safe for keeping newborn puppies warm outside?

Can i use pillow stuffing to keep newborn puppies warm? It’s -2 outside it’s so cold tonight and my jack Russel is out in a wooden dog house with her 1 week old puppies I used to stuffing from a pillow to. Try and insulate then I also nailed some carpet to the door is this acceptable? Can the stuffing harm the puppies

Yes, the stuffing could harm the puppies if they swallowed it. You need to be bring your dog and her puppies inside immediately. Newborn puppies cannot regulate their temperature, and they have to be kept at 29.5-32C. It is not acceptable to keep them outside in this weather, please bring them all in immediately.
