My Boston Terrier yelps when touched and shakes. Is he in pain?

I have a 9 almost 10 year old boston terrier. The problem is, is that he recently started yelping sometimes when you touch him, but after he yelps he's fine. He's also shakes sometimes, but after a while he seems to be okay. Should I be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Male | neutered | 32 lbs
