My dog has pancreatitis and seizures issues and i think she might have worms. Is an 8 in 1 de worms safe to use on my dog. As this is a retired service dog because of her seizures but still need her around the house and want to make sure she will be safe. Safe-gard 8 in 1 dewormer contains fenbendazole which is a fairly safe medication. With her history of multiple chronic diseases however I think it would be safest to have Sophie examined by your vet and to have them check a stool sample to confirm whether or not worms are present. You may also want to discuss getting her on a routine heartworm preventative that would also cover many intestinal parasites as well.
