Why is my male dog bleeding from his penis and crying in pain?

My 3rd old labradorite mix male dog has started bleeding from his groin area. I noticed drops of blood n when looked at him an hus pens was out there was blood coming out of end of it.and happen last week but cried with pain..what's wrong please. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | unneutered

He could have a urinary tract infection or prostate infection, bladder stones or even a bladder tumor. I would recommend taking Milo to your veterinarian for an exam. They would probably want to start by checking a urine sample.
