My dog has cherry eye. Is it painful and what can I do for him?

Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 100 lbs

I guess my dog has that cherry eye. Is it painful? If so what and how much can I give him? He is laying here whining and idk if it's because he is spoiled or hurting. Thank uou!

Cherry eye is a disorder of the third eyelid, and it's not usually painful for dogs. This does need to be treated by a vet, so you will have to take Gator into one to discuss treatment options. Best of luck.
