My 15-pound dog ate a whole Benadryl pill. Will she be okay?

Hi my sister gave my dog Zoey a whole pill of benadryl and she weighs 15 pounds will,she be okay I told,her to only give Zoey a half but she wouldn't listen but will my dog be okay I'm a scared she wont be okay but im hoping she will,be

Well that's not good! Overdose is uncommon but it can produce excitement, seizures, lethargy, comas, and respiratory depression. More than likely, Zoey will be more sedate than usual, but if you see any of those signs I mentioned above, take her into a vet immediately. Best of luck.

    Unfortunately without seeing Zoey in person, there is no way I can say if she will be okay or not. You could monitor her for the signs I mentioned in your last post, or if you are very worried, you could take her into a vet immediately to be checked out. Best of luck.
