My cat's ear is swollen, red, and itchy. What OTC medicine helps?

My cats ear is slightly swollen on the inside and has a scab from him itching it so much, along with it being pretty red in color. is there any over the counter medicine i can get him to help this? Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! This may be due to an ear infection. Ear infections are fairly common. The good news is that these usually respond readily to therapy when treated appropriately. I recommend that you have Zepellin evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. If an infection is confirmed, treatment would be based on the type of infection it is. Good luck and best wishes!
