My dog is acting strange, clingy, and won't jump or run. What's wrong?

My dog has been acting strange. He wont let me out of his sight and also has been avoiding jumping on the couch like he usually does and running when I toss a toy. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 7 years old | 17 lbs
