My puppy's neck is tilted after a fall. Is it broken? What to do?

My 2 weeks old puppy had been fallen by a plywood while she’s sleeping then she now has a broken neck, what should i do? Does I need to brace her neck? How would it be possible that it will work to straighten her neck again? Bytheway her neck has been tilted sideways. Thank you in advance. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | 21 days old
