I have updated question about my kitty I saw Freya do her poo and she had diarrhea sadly and a speck of blood in poo so I think she may have Giardia again. Not sure how she developed it again but her and her sister have always had diarrhea since adoption..and they said the vet gave the ok for their adoption..how much is the medicine for this? And where can I go for a low income at the moment? I want them better soon.

Medicine price will depend on if it is confirmed as giardia through a fecal exam, and what medication and how much is prescribed. Your vet can likely send the prescription to a local pharmacy or veterinary pharmacy for cheaper if you can't afford their prices.
