Why is my dog losing weight with yellow, runny poop despite eating?

My dog was at the vet a few weeks ago with an infected anal gland and had weight loss no worms were found but had worming tablets and also antibiotics. Now she’s lost more weight and noticed her ooo is runny and yellow. Now she still acts completely normal and eats meat, rice and veggies twice a day. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years and 3 months old | 11.7 lbs

Poor Pip! She is so lovely. I'd take her back into the vet this weekend for blood work and a urinalysis. There's something causing her weight loss and diarrhea, and it could be a digestive issue. I think at this point, further testing is needed. I hope this helps!
