This might sound reaaaally dumb, but I'm very new to axolotls so... hehe. Are all of them (more or less) the same size when they're fully grown? Or can one be 15cm and other one 10 (for example)?

It isn't dumb at all! Axies can range in size between 15cm and 45cm when fully grown. The average size is about 25cm. It can take a year or two for them to reach full size. this will depend on diet, environment and genetics.
