My dog's paw wound is still raw and not healing. Vet visit needed?

Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | 4 years and 7 months old

Trick has a graze on his foot that is not healing at all he is on antibiotics because it was infected but he kept knocking the scab off so is now covered with a light dressing to protect it but it's still raw he did it 13 days ago have changed his dressing but it still looks raw should I take hi back to vet or wait a few more days it was dressed 2 days ago and I'm to change dressing every 2 days

If you haven't been back to the vet since starting antibiotics, I'd recommend going back so they can see how it looks now. You definitely need a vet visit before finishing the antibiotics, since it's not looking healed up. It's possible the wound needs different bandaging methods, different antibiotics, or even surgery to help heal. Good luck!
