My dog ate a pencil and is vomiting with bloody diarrhea. Help!

My dog ate a pencil 1 1/2 days ago and now she has diarrhea and throwing up there is traces of blood in it . This morning she threw up and it was clear but her diarrhea still had little blood . She managed to eat and drink after that a little . What else can I do for her. Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 13 lbs

I would seek veterinary care ASAP, especially since she is showing symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea with blood in it. Broken pencil pieces can easily cut up insides and the pencil lead itself can be toxic if ingested.
