We believe our dog has Acral Lick Granuloma on her hind leg. Could this be the reason she also limps?

A lick granuloma will generally not cause pain or discomfort (unless it is infected or very inflamed) but it can be related to the pet licking a painful area (like over a joint with arthritis. I hope that makes sense. I recommend have Maggie sen by her veterinarian to check for any signs of pain or arthritis. The doctor can also talk with you about the management of lick granulomas as the condition can be somewhat frustrating to deal with. I hope this helps to point you in the right direction.
