My old cat is panting and squatting. Why is she acting constipated?

Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Female | spayed | 7.7 lbs

Hello! I have a very old cat (possibly 18 years or older) who is panting and walking around squatting everywhere. I know she has pooped this morning, so I don't understand why she's now behaving like she's constipated. Thank you if you can offer any advice.

It could be Polly has a urinary problem such as feline idiopathic cystitis or bladder stones causing her symptoms. She sounds very uncomfortable at the moment, and given her advanced age, I'd take her into a vet now to get checked out. Best of luck.
