Why is my dog's mouth corner red and swollen? What should I do?

My dog has redness and swelling in one corner of her mouth. The other side is completely covered in fur. Do you know what it could be? I can't go to the vet till Saturday. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 2 years old | 35 lbs
