Hi My dog has had bright red blood on her bum and very title on the stool today, but i did find blood spots on pillows. She is perfectly fine, playing, hungry, cuddly but now i am terrified this may be anal cancer. only last week i took her to the emergency vet as she suddenly fell and was unable to walk (recovered within 1 minute, no lethargy) I am terrified of going to work tomorrow she is my guardian angel and she needs to be well. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 11 months old

It is not possible to assess your dog's anus via the internet and I strongly recommend you take Lady to a veterinarian for an exam. She may have an abscessed anal sac/gland or actually may have a rectal polyp or an injury. It is also possible that the blood is not coming from the anus, but from the vulva and then there is a possibility of your dog suffering from a UTI. Best take her to a vet in the morning.
