Hi my dog is shaking baldy and has like a red fluid near he’s bum. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 12 lbs

Poor Clyde! He could be shaking because he's in pain. The red fluid near his bum may be from infected and abscessed anal sacs, which would cause him pain. He could also have bleeding from his anus for a variety of reasons. I would have him seen by a vet as soon as possible to get this checked out. Best of luck.
