My dog ate a condom, it passed, but he's still vomiting. Vet needed?

Hello, my dog swallowed a condom yesterday I believe and it has passed already this afternoon. He threw up this morning (before it passed and before he ate) and again just a little bit ago (before his dinner), should I still see a vet? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 70 lbs
