Why is my new baby budgie's head always tilted down? Is he sick?

We just got a new budgie a few days ago, he is still a baby and I have noticed that he is always has his head really tilted down, almost like he's sleeping but he is not. He still moves around, makes sounds and is eating but just want to check nothing is wrong with him. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 4 days old

If he's like that even while eating, drinking, or being active (not sleeping) and never has his head in a normal position, it wouldn't hurt to have him examined by your vet. It's possible there could be an underlying issue such as a nutritional problem or even a neuromuscular issue that would benefit from being checked out.
