Can a Lab with Addison's disease safely be outside in 30-degree cold?

Is it okay for my 6 yr old lab diagnosed with Addisons Disease in early December to be outside in cold weather 30 degrees all the time?

Addison's won't have a major effect on her ability to survive cold temperatures, but in terms of what is "too cold," it depends on what she's used to, and on what type of shelter she has. She must have a waterproof, insulated, covered on all sides shelter available so that she can get out of the wind (30 degrees feels much colder if its windy) and a heated water bowl or other method to make sure she has water available.
