My dog's paw stitches are infected or ripped. What should I do?

My dog rowdie got stitches on her paw last Wednesday and i think she might have ripped the stitches or it might be infected. Should i take her back to the vet? Is there anything i can do from home? What happens if she did rip out her stitches and/or they are infected? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 4 years old | 58 lbs
