My 11 month old German Shepard has a terrible odor, went to Vet and had her anal glands expressed. The smell was the worst I’ve smelled that’s my reason for visit. That was on Saturday on Monday the smell returned took her in her anal glands were fine, but the smell was he same. They took urine sample had high count of white blood cells. She was giving amoxicillin 500 mg twice a day . Could that smell. Eva UTI or something worse?

UTI or genital tract infection, renal failure (unlikely) or possibly severe skin infection could be all realistic possibility in this case. Without a more detailed description of the smell unfortunately it is difficult to give you more specific answers. If amoxicillin is not effective, I would recommend to have her checked again and have some blood test and abdominal ultrasound performed as well to rule out other differentials.
