Lou is on Purina pro plan sensitive skin and stomach he’s been doing great on it but the past few days he’s been very very gassy clear a room gassy. He hasn’t had any diarrhea or vomiting but he gagged a tad this afternoon but nothing came up and his last poop was a little softer than usual but not runny at all. He’s acting fine playing eating drinking he has been drinking a lot more and had a bath today so I had to struggle to keep him from drinking all the bath water do I need to worry

I wouldn't be too concerned about gas alone, especially if you are not seeing true vomiting or diarrhea. While drinking the bath water is not ideal and I wouldn't encourage the behavior it is unlikely to cause much harm. If Lou does start vomiting or his soft stool progresses to diarrhea you should contact your vet to see what they would recommend.
