My cat is disoriented, weak, cold, and won't drink. What should I do?

My cat is disoriented and paralyzed state almost will try to walk but drunkenly,hes eating but no fluid intake,just wants to lay and sleep,will respond if I move around him body feels cold at times loves to be loved and purrs but that's all he does.i need help

This is a medical emergency, and your cat needs to see a vet now. I'm very concerned he could have gotten into sometime toxic or has a very serious illness. He needs to have veterinary care right away, or I'm afraid this could be fatal. Please take him into a vet immediately.
