Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | 2 years and 6 months old | 11 lbs
My male jack Russell has been neutered and has his worm, file and tick as normal but lately his appetite has massively increased and I can see he has lost weight around his ribs/torso slightly .. he is upbeat ..so much energy still but I'm confused as we have had more walking and ball games as usual so it could just be all the excercise ..his worm tablets a few days ago pushed out a very thin white and slightly off white worn in his stoole but he seems fine .. last week he vomited a bit but fine

Poor Freddie! It could be the increase in activity that is causing the increased appetite and weight loss. Since you saw the worm, I would have your vet check a fecal to ensure there isn't any left over worms that your dewormer didn't get rid of. I would also talk to your vet about his weight to ensure he isn't too thin. If so, they may recommend to increase the amount of food that he is eating. They may also recommend blood work as there are some different things that can cause an increase in appetite and decreased weight like exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. I hope this helps!
