Cat tired after vet shots? What vaccine side effects are normal?

Hello Today I took Ginger to the vet for his 3rd vaccination, they gave him milbemax CAT LARGE PER TAB, NOBIVAC RABIES and NOBIVAC AC TRICAT TRIO.... he seems so tired and sleepy will he be okay? Are there more side effects to expect and how long should they last? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 4 months old | 5.73202 lbs

Hi, Sweet Ginger is looking quite sleepy in the pic. Signs you could still see as a reaction to the cat vaccine are : lethargy (already showing), fever, loss of appetite, vomiting ,diarrhea, Swelling (a lump) and/ redness around the injection site. These signs are short lived around 24-48 hours post vaccination. If you do notice a small lump at the site of the injection that can appears also several days after just monitor it should reduce and disappear in the next few weeks. Hope this helps
